Individual Nutritional Consultation Session
A one-hour nutritional consultation includes: nutritional recommendations based on your specific goals and health condition. You will get a wealth of information, tips and handouts, including a written nutritional analysis and summary, top recommended foods, foods to avoid with alternatives, and lifestyle tips (including tips on how to manage stress).
Holistic Nutrition and Lifestyle Consultation Package
Cost: $120, includes first 60-minute session plus one 45-minute follow-up session.
Optional 30-minute or 45-minute sessions available at additional cost.
Our first session includes a nutritional and lifestyle assessment, and general recommendations. During this assessment, we review goals, medical history, family medical history, current food intake, food preferences, eating habits, supplement use, exercise habits, and other lifestyle factors.
Based on your assessment, I will prepare a personalized plan and recommendations designed to help you achieve your specific health goals.
Session 2 is a 45-minute appointment where we discuss your plan and recommendations. You will receive a written report and individualized plan, 3-day sample meal plan with recipes, list of beneficial foods, supplement protocol and lifestyle recommendations (including stress management recommendations).
Optional weekly, bi-weekly or monthly 30-minute follow up consultations (based on individual needs) available. During these sessions, we will review your progress and continue to modify your program to best meet your health goals. Cost: $50, 30-minute session; $70, 45-minute session.
General “Kickstart Nutrition” session
In this 30-minute introductory consultation, I answer any questions you may have and provide general information including dietary and lifestyle guidelines to get you started on your journey to bring balance back into your life.

Meal Planning consultation
Interested in trying meal planning but not sure if you have the time or patience? Meal planning doesn’t have to be difficult.
In this 60-minute session, we will discuss tips to minimize menu planning time, while ensuring a well-rounded nutritional menu that will suit your lifestyle and will help you reach your health goals.
