The 12 Days of Christmas Health, Day 12

The gifts have all been unwrapped, and your guests have left...now what? It’s a great time to reset for the new year — but don’t go from one extreme to the other. Take time to adjust or you might not stick to your plan. Plan detailed, realistic and sustainable steps for the months ahead. For example, if you would like to run a marathon, make sure to include the small steps that you will need to complete to get there- such as joining a gym or starting a daily walking routine. By setting smaller steps, you will be able to work your way up to the major goals.
