Avocado Dip with Dulse Flakes


Avocado dip
  • 1 tbsp dulse (or nori), dried (flakes)

  • 1 avocado (chopped)

  • 3 green onion (stem))

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper

  • 2 tbsp salsa, ready-to-serve (optional)(look for a sugar-free brand)

  • 1/2 cup gluten-free crackers (Mary’s brand is a good choice)

  • Fresh herbs, such as basil or cilantro, for garnish (optional)


Blend all ingredients and serve with gluten-free crackers of choice.  

Recipe serves 2 - to serve a larger group, double the recipe.
