Avocado Dip with Dulse Flakes
1 tbsp dulse (or nori), dried (flakes)
1 avocado (chopped)
3 green onion (stem))
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tbsp salsa, ready-to-serve (optional)(look for a sugar-free brand)
1/2 cup gluten-free crackers (Mary’s brand is a good choice)
Fresh herbs, such as basil or cilantro, for garnish (optional)
Blend all ingredients and serve with gluten-free crackers of choice.
Recipe serves 2 - to serve a larger group, double the recipe.
